Regal Residential Ltd
After the success of Regal FM in the commercial sector, we decided to create a sister company which solely focuses on residential property development throughout the South East. The properties considered for development all share a common trend – their proximity to train stations on the main line to London, together with a modern and functional design throughout. This allows us to cater to the high standards a professional demographic comes to expect.

The Acquisition
Since Regal FM started, they have always worked closely with Alpha Property maintenance when carrying out any reactive work and emergency call outs. This also included any light refurbishments in both the residential and commercial sector. From Q2 in 2023 Alpha have undergone an acquisition and have now become a part of the Regal group. We look forward to joining them to the family!

The Merger
In 2023 the decision was made to unite London Environmental and Regal FM. A combination of the after effect from COVID-19 and an ever-changing financial climate led to this decision, and it has proven to be the best move we could make for both companies!
