James Gale

CEO & Founder

After working for over 15 years in the facilities management sector, James began Regal FM in 2020. He now works closely with key accounts and on national projects, whilst also being responsible for overseeing the direction the business. His vision was to offer his clients a fully comprehensive FM package which centred around reliability, trust and communication.

Steve Mitchell

Divisional Director

Since 2001 Steve has worked his way up through the ranks at London Environmental; from a technician to Operations Director. When the acquisition of London Environmental was carried out by Regal FM in 2023, Steve was appointed as a Divisional Director. His role continues to be managing the day-to-day operations of the London Environmental team, but also act as the bridge between both companies and their management.

Chris Ray

Operations Manager

After serving 8 years in the Royal Marines including two tours in Afghanistan, Chris moved into residential property management where he oversaw a large portfolio in Canary Wharf. After several years in this sector he joined Regal FM and is now responsible for the ongoing day to day running of our operations. His leap from residential to commercial comes with a new set of challenges but his military experience means that he executes all tasks with competence and efficiency, making him an extremely valuable member of the team.

Frankie Sabini

Contracts Manager

Frankie joined the Regal FM team in January 2026 to assist with the management of our PPM contracts. Having worked in the FM sector for over 10 years he is well equipped to handle any reactive and proactive issues that arise. Frankie acts as a first point of call between our clients and contractors and will always ensure he delivers on results through clear communication and organisation.

Jay Zysemil

Service Manager

Initially trained as a blacksmith and farrier when he left college, Jay has since worked in a various areas within the maintenance sector over the last 20 years, amassing a wealth of knowledge. More recently, he has proven his management ability by running multiple active sites across the UK and has overseen exclusive 5 star hotel refurbishments in Central London. His attention to health and safety and diligent site inductions have meant that both our team and our clients always remain safe whilst work is being carried out.

Amy West

EA to CEO

Amy began working at London Environmental in 2018 and also played a fundamental part in the development of Regal FM during its early stages. This vast understanding of the structure of both businesses, as well as their client bases, makes Amy a formidable EA and valued member of the team.
