When the pandemic hit in 2020 it ground the world to a halt. Sadly, as a result of this, many businesses closed their doors – some permanently.
Although this was the case; buildings still needed to be maintained regularly to keep them compliant, safe and secure. This resulted in there being a high demand for FM and property maintenance services, but very few companies available to fulfil this need.
This led to Regal FM being created. Our aim was to relieve the pressure and stress off our clients through proactively servicing their buildings, but also carrying out prompt reactive work if a problem ever arose.
Since we started, we have been awarded prestigious five-star hotel refurbishments, nationwide property renovation contracts and gained a strong reputation as one of the leading facilities management companies in London. Our intention is to continue growing our brand, whilst maintaining our core belief of personalised and reliable customer service.
